Description

Anemopaegma genus (Catuaba). This is a genus of evergreen, tendril climbers in the Bignoniaceae family grown for their flowers.

Grown for their flowers.

Cultivation

These plants need a minimum temperature of 13-15C. They prefer humus-rich, well drained soil and partial shade in the summer. Water regularly and freely when in full growth, less at other times. Provide support and, in summer, thin out stems at intervals; shorten all growths by half in spring.

Propagation

Propagate by softwood or semi-ripe cuttings in spring or summer.
