Nerium genus (Oleander). This genus consists of one or two species of evergreen shrubs. They bear brightly coloured, funnel-shaped flowers with 5 broad petals, after the flowers they produce bean-like seed pods which contain. Plumed seeds. The leaves are narrow, leathery and lance-shaped.

You will need to plant the shrubs in full sun in well-drained soil. They grow in frost tender, minimum temperature of 10C. Tip prune young plants to promote branching.
You can propagate from seeds in the spring or from summer cuttings.
Prone to scale insects and red spider mites. Highly toxic if ingested.
