Description

Pedilanthus genus (Jacob's ladder). They are bushy, summer-flowering perennial succulents which contain poisonous milky sap. You will find small yellowish-green, pink, red or brown bracts that are each shaped like a bird's head.

Cultivation

Make sure you grow them in a sheltered spot as these plants are sensitive to the cold and had a minimum temperature of 10-11C. They prefer well-drained soil with partial-shade.
