Physocarpus genus (Ninebark). This genus consists of deciduous shrubs there are about 12 species, which are admired for their flowers and attractive foliage. The leaves are prominently veined, lobed and serrated and will change to a dull yellow in the autumn. They are fully hardy and will require sun and fertile not too dry soil. Propagation is by softwood cuttings in the summer.

They will need fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny position. They are easy to grow. You can propagate from seeds or cuttings of semi-ripened wood in summer. Thin established plants occasionally by cutting some older shoots back to ground level after flowering.
