Pilea genus. This genus consists of 600 species of annuals and perennials, they can be creeping or upright and are usually small, the foliage many have simple lance-shaped leaves, others have heart-shaped foliage. The flowers are small and are cream to pink, they are followed by seed pods.

They are frost tender and will prefer a warm humid conditions, with well-drained humus-rich soil in partial-shade and do not over-water in the winter. Pinch out tips in growing season to avoid straggly plants.
