Description

Plantago genus (Plantain). There are about 200 species of annuals, biennials, perennials and shrubs. The leaves are basal and will form clumps of loose rosettes which are often sparsely hairy. There leaves are oval to broad. The flowers are small and borne on long-stemmed spikes.
