Platanthera genus (Orchid). This genus has about 80 species and is a member of the orchid family and includes medium perennials that grow as wildflowers in Britain and Northern Europe. They have 2 stolons and the flowers are ovoid to fusiform where the lateral sepals are spreading and the dorsal sepal and petals converge into a hood.
