Asarina genus (Twining snapdragon). These are evergreen climbers and perennials often with scandent stems. The plants are herbaceous in cold climates. The leaves are broadly heart-shaped and toothed, the flowers are yellow and are similar to the snap-dragon flower. They are frost hardy to frost tender with min of 5C. They will grow in full light and any well drained soil. Propagation is by seeds in the spring.
