Description

Saxifraga stolonifera (Strawberry geranium). This is also known as S. sarmentosa. This species will spread by long thin red stolons. The leaves are round medium green and rosette forming with a red flushed underside. The white flowers are borne in mid-summer to mid-autumn. The plants are well appreciated as shade loving ground cover.
