Description

Stipa genus (Spear grass). There are about 300 species of tufted perennials, which are grown for there tall flowering spikes with large feathery panicles. Each flowering head comprises of spikelets, with one or more florets, that are covered with glumes or scales. The leaves are narrow and entire.

You can plant in full sun in well-drained soil.
