Description

Thymus herba-barona (Caraway thyme). This species produces 15cm tall with a spread of 25cm. This is an evergreen subshrub with prostrate, woody branching stems and lanceolate, deep green leaves. The flowers are tubular with rose-pink blooms with 2 lips which are borne in terminal clusters in mid summer to late summer.
