Azolla genus (Fairy moss). This is a deciduous, perennial floating water fern. The leaves are alternate, overlapping with vertically 2-lobes, the upper lobe will float and the lower lobe is submerged. They are frost to half hardy, and will grow in sun or shade. You can propagate by redistributing clusters of plantlets when they appear.
