Description

Townsendia genus (Easter daisy). There are about 20 species of annual, biennial and perennial daisies. They are mat-forming and have narrow or spatula-shaped leaves, silvery to grey-green. Flowers will bloom in mid spring and late summer, and are disc-shaped white, pink, mauve or purple. They are fully hardy and will need sun with moist soil. Propagation is by seeds in the autumn.
