Description

Acer palmatum ‘Aka Shigitatsu’ (Aka Shigitatsu-sawa). This variety of Japanese Acer is a deciduous, low-growing shrub. It has palmately lobed light green leaves with darker green veins which are flushed with pale pink. Foliage turns red in the autumn. Leaf stems are a contrasting deep red.
