Description

Barbarea genus (St Barbara's herb). This genus consists of summer-flowering perennials, biennials and annuals with smooth green leaves in basal rosettes which are deeply lobed. The flowers are produced in spikes of small yellow flowers. They are fully hardy and should be grown in sun or shade in any well drained but not very dry soil. Propagation is by seeds or division in the spring.
