Description

Barleria genus. These are evergreen perennial shrubs. The leaves are arranged in opposite pairs, and the flowers are usually tubular. They are frost tender with a min of 7-18C. They will need full light or partial shade and fertile soil. In the growing season, you should prune the tips of young plants to encourage branching. Propagation is by seeds in the spring or by greenwood or semi-ripe cuttings in the summer.
