Wisteria venusta ‘Alba Plena’ (Silky white wisteria). This plant also comes under the names of: 'Shiro Kapitan', f. alba, 'Alba Plena', f. plena, W. Venusta 'Alba' and W. Venusta 'Alba Plena'. It produces white flowers, which are sometimes double, with a yellow tinge at the base of each of the standards.
