Description

Acer palmatum ‘Wou Nishiki’ (Wou Nishiki Japanese maple). This small tree has deeply cut, seven-lobed, serrated, flame-like leaves which give a lacy effect. The leaves start off apricot-coloured with rust-brown margins in the spring, which turn bronze in the sun or pale green in the shade. In autumn the foliage turns bright shades of red and orange.
