Calocephalus genus. This genus consists of annuals, perennials and evergreen shrubs. They are often grown annually from cuttings and used as summer bedding plants.

They are frost tender with a min of 7-10C, they will require full light and well drained soil. You will need to water the containerized plants moderately when in full growth and sparingly at other times. Remember to remove stem tips of young plants to promote a bushy growth.
You can propagate by semi-ripe cuttings in late summer.
Botrytis may be troublesome if plants are kept too cool and damp in winter.
