Description

Campanula alliariifolia (Bellflower). Native to Turkey and the Caucasus, this moisture-loving plant has large, basal tufts of large, heart-shaped, hairy leaves and bell-shaped, pendent white flowers which hang in rows from the lower side of stem. The flower bases are enclosed in contrasting reddish brown calyces.
