Description

Carissa genus. This genus consists of evergreen, spring to summer-flowering shrubs. They are grown for their flowers and overall appearance. It will bear tough glossy green leaves, and profuse axillary cymes of tubular, white flowers in late spring and edible fruits.

Cultivation

They are frost tender, min 5C and will need partial shade and well drained soil. You should water the containerized specimens moderately and less when temperatures are low.
