Description

Carya illinoensis (Pecan). This is a graceful shapely tree and it will produce one the world’s most popular edible nuts They will grow in deep well drained fertile soil. The foliage is pinnate, and the leaves are narrow and about 4-7ins long with glossy grey-green leaflets. The elongated nuts will occur in clusters.
