Description

Ceanothus thyrsiflorus (Californian lilac). This is an upright evergreen bushy shrub and it will reach a height of 7m. In the spring profuse clusters of blue flowers will appear. The leaves are ovate, toothed glossy and dark green. They are drought tolerant and are perfectly suited to both formal and woodland gardens.
