Description

Ceratostigma willmottianum ‘Forest Blue’ PBR (Chinese plumbago). A bushy round open semi-evergreen shrub which is native to western China. It will bear cluster flowerheads of blue-purple shades in late summer. The medium green leaves are lance-shaped to obovate.
