Description

Chorizema genus. These are evergreen sub-shrubs, shrubs and scandent climbers; they have about 18 species. The leaves are simple and some species are toothed. They are frost tender, min 7C. They will require full light and humus-rich, well drained sandy soil, but preferably neutral to acidic. You should water the potted plants moderately and less when not in full growth. You can propagate by seeds in the spring or by semi-ripe cuttings in the summer.
