Codonopsis genus (Bonnet bellflower). These are perennials and mostly herbaceous twining climbers. The flowers are bell-shaped. They are fully to frost hardy, and will grow in semi-shade in a light well drained soil. You can propagate by seeds in the autumn or spring.
