Description

Corokia genus. This small genus has about 3 species of evergreen shrubs. They are usually large and angular. The flowers are star-shaped, with small yellow blooms which are followed by colourful berries. They will grow well in mild coastal areas, where it is very wind tolerant. They are frost to half hardy; in cold areas you will need to protect from strong winds. Give them full sun and fertile well drained soil. You can propagate by softwood cuttings in the summer.
