Description

Aethusa genus. This genus consists of a single annual with fern-like pinnate leaves. The flowers are umbels of white blooms in the summer. It is highly poisonous.

The name of this genus first appears in the work of Dioscorides (1st century AD) to refer to the hemlock plant.
