Description

Delphinium grandiflorum ‘Summer Blues’ (Chinese delphinium). This species is a tufted perennial which will grow to a height of 55cm and has a spread of 30cm. It will produce beautifully coloured flowers with finely lobed light green leaves. The flowering spikes will bloom all through the summer if deadheaded, and the blooms will make excellent cut flowers. This is a hardy species but should be treated as a biennial or as an annual in mild winter climates.
