Dionysia genus. This genus consists of about 40 species of evergreen, cushion forming perennials. They are popular alpine plants, which will usually grow in moist shaded crevices between the rocks. They will produce single yellow flowers which are trumpet-shaped. Grow them in an alpine house with sun and very gritty, well drained soil. You can propagate by softwood cuttings in the summer. Watch out because they are susceptible to botytris.
