Description

Distictis buccinatoria (Mexican blood flower). An evergreen, woody climber native of Mexico that reaches about 25m and bears large clusters of trumpet flowers in bright shades of red in early spring and summer. This vigorous vine clings with tendrils to surfaces such as rough brick and stone.

Cultivation
