Eranthemum genus (Blue sage). This genus consists of perennials and evergreen shrubs and subshrubs which are native to tropical Asia. They are grown for their foliage and pretty clusters of pink or blue tubular petalled flowers. They will bear simple opposite smooth-edged leaves on the branches, also producing small, pod-like capsule fruit.
