Description

Erica ciliaris ‘Stapehill’ (Ciliate heath). A spreading shrub with ovate to lance-shaped, usually glandular leaves, grey-green or dark green above, white beneath. It produces racemes of urn-shaped, usually lilac-pink flowers, sometimes white, sharply constricted at the mouth, in mid-summer to mid-autumn.
