Description

Allium cepa (Aggregatum) ‘Sante’ (Shallot onion). This cultivar of shallot onion has a very good flavour. The bulb is large and round; the skin is a mixture between red/brown. They have attractive, pinkish brown, uniform bulbs with smooth skins. The flesh is white-pink and mild tasting.
