Description

Fritillaria imperialis (Crown imperial). This is a spring flowering garden bulb, It will bear whorls of lance-shaped pale green leaves and pendent clusters of up to 8 yellow, orange or red bell-shaped flowers. The flower heads are ornamental and will grow in full sun or partial shade. They are ideal for the border garden or woodland setting.

Cultivation
