Furcraea genus. These are perennial succulents with basal rosettes of sword-shaped, fleshy leaves. The leaves will die after the flowering. The flowers are produced in panicles of broad, short tubed blooms in the summer. They are frost tender, min 6C and will need a sunny position and very well drained soil. You can propagate by bulbils when developed.
Propagate from seeds in spring or by division.
