Gaura genus. The genus consists of annuals, biennials, perennials and subshrubs. They have spoon-shaped to elliptic leaves and either racemes or panicles of flat, star-shaped, pink or white flowers.

They are fully hardy and will prefer full sun with light, well drained soil.
