Description

Haemanthus sanguineus. This species is a deciduous perennial. The leaves are produced in pairs of elliptic to oblong dark green leaves. The flowers are borne in dense umbels from the summer to the autumn with small pink to red blooms; they are followed by round cream to dark red fruits.
