Description

Abutilon vitifolium (Flowering maple). Introduced to the UK fby William Lobb, the Cornish plant hunter, this is a deciduous shrub with strap-shaped, lobed, green-grey leaves. It will produce profuse clusters of mauve-blue flowers in the summer.
