Description

Hordeum vulgare ‘Optic barley’ (Barley cereal crop). This is an annual grass growing to about 1.2m tall and is grown mostly as a food crop, Barley is an important grain, growing in areas too cold for wheat, corn or rice. This crop has a minimum growing temperature of 2C and a maximum growing temperature of 40C; the optimal growing temperature is between 15C and 20C.
