Northern Marsh Orchid Dactyloriza

I purchased this plant about 8 years ago in a rundown garden centre in Dumfries. I put it in my garden in Sutton. I now have about 40 plants this year. It is known as the Northern Marsh Orchid. I ensure that the ground never dries out completely and have found it easy to grow. It increases every year by growing two new bulbs, therefore it is increasing threefold. Have given many away, also sold some.

Do you have any photos, Valerie? I have Common Spotted Orchid in my garden, I collected seed (with permission of course!) from a friend's garden and grew my own, and now they seed all over the place, which is lovely!
