Open in aid of Cornwall Wildlife Trust. South facing hillside garden with stunning views over the Malpas Passage and down river to Kea and beyond. The house faithfully replicates a traditional 18th century Cornish farmhouse and perfectly complements its setting. Semi-formal gardens sweep round the front and south side where a large conservatory opens onto a spacious stone flagged terrace from where the views can be enjoyed.
On the south side below the house is a large pond well stocked with fish and native planting. Paths lead from the garden into grassland and wildflower meadows with further views, and mown paths lead the visitor into a shrubbery and on to woodland walks. There is a fragment of 18th century parkland with woodland belt and some fine specimen trees.
