Set in two and a half acres of mature garden,
with many different beds and borders divided by
grass pathways, pergolas, steps and hedges. The
garden has many ornamental trees, shrubs and
conifers including specimen cornus, hydrangea,
rhododendron, azalea, osmanthus, viburnums,
ginkgo biloba and acer. Large herbaceous
borders and beds are filled with geraniums, roses, aconitum, agapanthus, lavender, eryngium,
penstemon, hosta and echinops to name but a few! It also has a formal pond with water lilies, a child’s
treehouse, fort, zip line and even a folly to discover!

On A287 pass Frensham Great Pond on right. Pass Jumps Road
on left and the house is the first on the right after Star Hill. Disabled
parking inside gates, parking on grass outside or on Star Hill.
