Aesculus californica (Californian buckeye) - large white sweetly scented panicles in Spring, followed by green fig-shaped fruit (2nd photo)
Amelanchier (June berry) - showy white flowers in early Spring followed by red/purple berries in Summer. Good Autumn colour
Arbutus x andrachnoides (Hybrid strawberry tree) - small creamy white flowers, followed by red strawberry-like fruit in Autumn. Strong evergreen foliage. Attractive, peeling cinnamon-brown trunk (3rd photo)
Catalpa bignonioides (Indian bean tree) - showy bell-shaped flowers in late Summer followed by slender bean-like pods. Impressively large leaves (4th photo)

Good thought Alya - fragrant and very prolific blossom. The RHS gave it an award of garden merit.

I'd also add the Persian Silk Tree to the list which has delightful pink, fluffy flowers in late Summer/early Autumn.
