It has taken years to flower & is only two inches tall?

    It doesn't look like it from this photo - Narcissus asturiensis is flared and frilly at the end of the trumpet part, and the sepals (the ruff part) should be very erect, slender and very pointed.

    Presumably you bought it as N asturiensis? Bulbs are sometimes mislabelled.... as Mick says, it is possible that it is just a stunted, "normal" daff, but in my experience, stunted daffs are rarely quite this short!

    It looks as though it has quite a lot of competition from the (?) sedum around it, so if I were you, I'd give it a foliar feed now in the hopes of building it up for next year, and if it flowers more successfully next year, you might then be able to identify it properly.
