A community garden in the East End brought back to life by local residents. Food growing, fruit trees, pond, wildflower meadow, shrubs and bee-friendly flowers. Plants for sale and refreshments available. Further details

Unique garden and heritage asset at the heart of an 1890s housing estate, rescued by concerted action after years of decline. Features include a vibrant new planting scheme, a restored bandstand and a rainwater-harvesting system. Further details

Award-winning 'secret' garden on an old railway line with emphasis on community involvement, wildlife-friendly gardening, food growing and nature-inspired design activities. Café serving fresh garden produce, greenhouse, wood-fired oven. Further details
